Click here to view pdfs These sound attenuating enclosures for our larger units are constructed of satin finished stainless steel or lightweight powder coated aluminum panels. There is no internal framework. Instead, the individual panels are held together by a system of locating pins and latches as well as a strong, corrosion resistant stainless steel base which receives, locates and aligns the other members of the enclosure. The panels can be easily removed in seconds giving complete, unobstructed access to service the generator set. The panel covering the service side of the engine is specially designed to give immediate access. Customer specified penetrations can be provided at the time of manufacture for exhaust, control wiring and electrical cables as well as fuel and oil lines. For units equipped with a front power take-off, the front panel may also be removed quickly and with a minimum of labor. • Sound transmission can be further retarded by choosing our double mounting option. • Metal sound attenuating enclosures for our smaller generator sets not listed in the table below can be custom ordered from the factory.
